Incarnation - took place when the Son of God took on human nature and became man.

Transubstantiation - takes place during the Mass when the bread, in the hands of the Priest, becomes the Body of Christ, and the wine becomes the Blood of Christ.

Original Sin - happened when Adam and Eve, in the Garden of Eden, disobeyed God. They, and all humans to come, were stained with this sin. We are cleansed through the Sacrament of Baptism.

Grace- is a supernatural gift from God. It is bestowed on us to help us in our quests for salvation. We receive grace with the Sacraments.

Sin - is any thought, word or deed that violates God's law. Venial sin diminishes but does not destroy divine life. Mortal sin is a grave infraction and separates the sinner from God. To be Mortal, the sin must be serious, the sinner must have full knowledge of the seriousness and must deliberately consent to the action.

Immaculate Conception -took place when Mary the Mother of God, was herself conceived without Original Sin.

Trinity- is the three separate and distinct persons in one God. They are the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
