Text Box: Text Box: My name is Joe Rendon and I am married to Susie Ontiveros Rendon. We live in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. My parents were very devout Catholics and I was raised to kneel down and pray the rosary every day. Text Box: My wife researched chaplets so we now have included these in our inventory: Divine Mercy, Michael the Archangel, St. Jude, St. Christopher, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Seven Virtues and many more. I also make the Rosary of the Five Continents and last but not least, The Wedding Lasso. Our rosaries have been sold to people from all over the United States and from many different countries. Since we joined the ACTS Community we have made and donated rosaries to both men and women retreats. This is very special to us. If you are interested in seeing my rosaries please contact me at www.rosariesbyjoe.com Text Box: One day, as I was praying the rosary, I got this strong urge to make rosaries although I had never made one before. I knew in my heart I could learn. I purchased some tools and beads and a few days later I gave my first rosary to my wife. I was so proud of myself I continued and made rosaries for our children and grandchildren. I took rosaries to work to show my co-workers and several of them wanted to buy them. I started getting orders and I donated a portion of what I was getting to the Church. My wife suggested that we attend festivals to show my art so this is what we normally do. We have made about 1000 rosaries in the last four years.
