Don Houlihan was raised on a cattle ranch in Santa Rosa, NM. He graduated from NMSU with a degree in business and moved to El Paso. In 1981 he started work with Holly Energy Corp. He is the manager of the product terminal here in El Paso. Nancy was born in Ft. Davis, TX and moved to El Paso when she was 9 years old. She studied Industrial Engineering at NMSU, UTEP and Vanderbilt. She worked for Wrangler and Tony Lama as an assistant engineer until she decided to stay home and raise their four sons. Sean lives in Colorado with his wife, Mollie, and baby daughter. Sean is a Civil Engineer and Molly is a Ballet Dance Instructor. Seth lives in Las Cruces and is a Mechanical Engineer. His company has contracts with Boeing for the US Air Force. Shea is a senior at Georgetown University. Last year he studied at Oxford in England and spent his summer working for Little Big Africa on a research project in Uganda, Tanzania and Zambia. He is a Marshall Scholar which means he will return to England to work on his masters in International Relations/Foreign Economics. Shaw is a junior at NMSU. He is working on a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Math. Don, Nancy and their four sons joined St. Matthew twenty years ago. The four boys were all altar servers starting with Monsignor Hartford and ending with Monsignor David. Nancy and Don have participated in just about everything! Between the two of them they have been usher, CCD teacher, Confirmation teacher, Eucharistic Minister, lector and Bible Study member. They both have also attended ACTS retreats.
